She is in hospital now and most of her family are here. She has had seven units of blood and something to stop the bleeding. No pain and quite calm.
We had a long talk last night and she knows this is he end.

Her liver is pressing on her osophegus ( spelling ) and is causing the small blood vessels to break, nothing they can do now but make her comfortable, we are taking it in shifts to be with her.
