And apologies for the long rambling post at silly o’clock this morning. I’m afraid I was “tired and emotional” after going up to London with 2 of my girlies to have dinner with their aunties.
Just back from a very long day at a swimming comp, and I’m pooped. So I might just get up early and cook the spag bol in the morning. My bed is calling me.
Clare, I am so glad to hear your legs are feeling better and you are feeling more comfortable in the legs region.
Turning green? Bursting into action? Do you sometimes go by the name of Incredible Hulk Clare? That might be something to witness!
Crabbit - I agree, visiting this thread and hearing all about Claire’s antics also gives me a kick up the rear end and, as Moser mentioned, reminds me to live for the moment.
Am out gadding with my sister tomorrow and will think of you all having a fabulous time with Claire and meeting each other. Will raise a small glass (driving) to you all.

Well I have been following this thread since the beginning & even sharing it with the OH and a friend at work.
I just wanted to say I hope you all have a lovely day tomorrow & I’ll be thinking of you all as you meet up with Clare and each other to enjoy an afternoon of food (lots by the sound of it!), chat and support.

I am in as good shape as I can be, I think although my legs are up again…but I’m sure with them raised up tonight they will be ok for the day time, I shall just have to make sure I keep them up before everyone arrives.
Sleep well all, hope you can make it Twinky but please, if your feeling grim, don’t feel bad about not coming, although you will be missed. You never know there may be aanother time :o)

Lol…am on the sofa ( first time in ages) which is not a good sign. Hubby is restless ( he is always bad thd night before his early morning drive down south) plus one of the bunnies is in a chewing mood! I have indigestion too so finding it hard to settle despite being shattered. Not too sure if I’ll be joining the party tomorrow. I’m so tired. Will have to see how the morning finds me. I’d hate to miss the gathering but if I don’t feel good there’s not a lot I can do. Just got to keep telling myself all this unpleasantness is doing good & removing the enemy from within! Maybe I will rally in the morning & find an extra spoon or two. Just settling down to watch a bit of a BeeGees doc on BBC4. Perhaps that will calm me down a bit.

I will be at Bicester North from 11.35 for all needing lift. I will be in a dark green Mini (it had most fuel than the others I think. If not a dark green Range Rover), I will wear a dirty looking pink quilted jacket and a striped scarf.

Gorgeous sunny day here in Northants but icy cold.
Hopefully my appointment (which is to get my old onc to agree to giving me my Zometa locally instead of having to go to the Marsden every month) will go quickly and I won’t get lost on the way. I don’t have a sat nav but have maps on my iphone and know roughly where I’m going (famous last words!)
If I’m feeling really brave, I’ll wrap up and drive over with the roof down on the Beetle! Happy day!
