I like information too, like to know exactly what to expect good and bad.I have been going every day at 9 ish,only there a few minutes but as they only do radiotherapy at certain hospitals most people have to travel some distance,it is a 50 mile round trip for me.Will be glad to finish Friday,may even have a diet coke or 2 to celebrate,may even put some vodka in it!!!
Haha Jil, I think a vodka to celebrate your last rads would be in order. Not long for you to go now

I intend to have more than one vodka Barry !! Also some twiglets ,chocolate and turmeric flavour crisps…I have been going through this since the beginning of May and I deserve some treats , as do all of us going though this b****y thing.
Oh well lol. A general improvement in nutrition and fitness is still likely to help, but have to put faith in the treatment more than anything x

Low in fat,high in fibre ,vitamin B.
Sadly Nikki doesn’t like them. More a chocolate fiend lol

Dark chocolate seems to be ok, so need to stock up on that. I’m more of a fruit person myself x
Green and blacks and twiglets are the best twiglets are low in fat and have vitiman b12! And green and blacks is just good for any woman who needs chocolate I have 2 bars downstairs and they are all mine my husband and son know not to touch lol xx
Hi Barry they took my compression sox off before I left the hospital so did not wear them long. Not long Jill yep sounds good - Twiglets, vodka and coke xx
