Karana mine is everywhere I’m very tempted to get it shaved. I don’t even need to touch my hair and it’s coming out. It’s all over the back of my t-shirt and tickling my neck. It falls in my food and tickles my nose at night tome. Starting to be a right pain in the bum.

I’m tempted too Reboot. I wasn’t going to bother with a proper wig but a bright coloured one might be fun!
Especially with Halloween and Christmas coming up!
Day 14 for me and no sign of hair going from anywhere yet. My hairy legs are getting on my nerves but I think I will hang in there and wave it goodbye when it goes. I might have my hair shaved to 6mm when it starts to go because it’s griwn loads since I had it cut less than 3 weeks ago. The top strands are about 3” at the moment. We have clippers because I cut hubby’s hair because he has been bald on top since he was 18!
Chaffinch have a good try on of loads of styles colours and everything, you will be amazed and what you think will suit might not and then something you’d never think of trying can look amazing, it’s not till you start trying on that you’ll see ? it is another jump over one of the fences we are all jumping on our journey through this. I always had a feeling chemo would be like beechers brook 2nd time round for me, and currently hanging onto underbelly of the horse as it drags me through the fence this tound?love and sparkles shi

Reboot yeh one of those full on bobbed tinsel things for Christmas Day, brilliant idea ? and a Santa or elf hat to top it off, well it will be Christmas won’t it

Chaffinch I’m also on day 14 and didn’t think I had any hair loss until half hour ago, although I’ve got short hair I’ve got a long fringe and it seems to be the longer bits that are falling out! Not sure I dare wash it today ?Xx
Karana a blast of bastee dry shampoo has been holding mine in quite well during casa nhs stay, might be worth a try if you like? Love and sparkles shi xx

Has ruined my haircut timings too as will now be in hospital when haircut was scheduled. Might have to see if I can find a plan B!!

I got my neon pink long wavy dress up wig yesterday for Wear it Pink on Friday. It’s certainly big and bright. I’ve tied it into a ponytail to tame it a bit but you won’t miss me coming!

Sue, ifvit wasnt for all the wonderful people in here and in the May forum I would have gone stir crazy and also because May ladies are chemo knowledgeable and have told me all they have it’s made it so much more do-able, so thank you all very much once again, I won’t be blasting the forum all day every day when I get home driving any of you nuts with constant posts. Hopefully no one else has a casa nhs holiday booked on the chemo train. ???shi xx

My friend who has leukaemia had a similar problem to toy Shi where he bloods were too low to be released. I told her to get tough and tell her bloods to stop messing about and get back up so she could go home. Sometime you just gotta tell your body to sort itself out and don’t stand for any nonsense. So maybe you just need to have a stern word with yourself Shi and those pesky bloods will get the idea lol.
