The sleep fairy and can’tstopyawning sprite have been spending far too long in my corner of the woods, I will see if I can send the former in your direction. (I’m with Sophie on the yawning front but have done nothing so exciting this weekend.

A quiet day here after wakeful night and my laptop kidnapped by son as he’d killed his!
Hoping the sleepthrough fairy is doing her rounds especially as the Can’tstopyawning sprite has definitely been round her for at least a cup of tea if not dinner too!
I’m wondering if my legs were trying to join in with a Highland Fling last night as they’ve been achy all day today? Maybe I need to check up how I’m flinging my duvet of in the middle of the night!

Oh, I thought that particular rash was restricted to my house since the element went on mine about a year ago - I currently have a bottle of Fairy on my windowsill. Ah, maybe that’s where the ClearMargins fairy has been lurking, I’ll send her over to MaryGrace (along with a pile of dirty plates from yesterday’s dinner…)
Morning all, being plagued by the Ihatewaiting gremlin in Pre op waiting room. Have to go through whole procedure again even though last op only two weeks ago (including height weight!! Does WLE make you shrink or grow?) Mind you some pluses, surgeon says if difference in size too great after re-excision she would suggest lipo fill… So possible lipo into the bargain x
Ps: CM I’d gladly take your and Jane’s plates in return for the services of the Clearmargin fairy but given the stack of dishes we have permanently I wouldn’t recommend it if you plan to eat again in the next week! x
Golly, that really is a rash of dishwashers–ours broke down last week, but fortunately it turned out to be a relatively simple adjustment–uneven legs had gradually pushed the water level sensor out of position.
Does anyone else find that you feel compelled to tidy the place up before a treatment, even if you aren’t normally very keen on housework?

looking forward to a few in the Jm later & no more nasty steroids for a bit so hopefully a good sleep tonight.
Am afraid housework fairy is with me, am terribly Ocd about Hw & NEED to keep on top as am worried that if i get an ill day I will fall behind (how bad am i ? ? ?) will lend her back though.

Unfortunately I won’t need Clearmargins fairy again for a while. That was just the pre op for the second op (like anything will have changed in two weeks other than things they have done!) I did get a chance to have a chat with the surgeon (hence the lipo conversation!) I was asking all the stupid questions which occur to me in the middle of the night (like if the difference in size is too great could they put an implant in and she reckoned lipo would be the best option but that I should wait until after rads has settled down and I can do that at any stage once this is all over). At the moment I am quite happy with the look but not sure how much difference a cavity shave and rads will make.
If you are feeling OCD don’t go anywhere near my place, it could cause you a panic attack! My dishwasher is working but it doesn’t seem to levitate the dishes from where my boys dump them behind sofas and all over… xx
On the subject of does everyone feel the need to tidy their tent prior to treatment: nope.

What a lovely day! Have been for long hike with dogs over fields and through woods…very very soggy due to monsoon yesterday!
Please keep dishwasher breaking gremlin away…he was hereabouts last september…!

indigestion…Oh yes!

Will it get better…buddy well hope so…probably just improving by end of next week when due to start tamoxifen,…yikes!

yes i too have to make sure the house is spotless pre chemo, beds changed, no washing no ironing, food in freezer, food in cupboard, food in fridge, food on top of cupboard, fruit bowl full, dog has food, omg why do i put myself through it,
then mother comes to stay ‘just in case’ im poorly, then asks me what we havin for tea?
