Se update well day 7 and hairs already starting to fall out.:smileyindifferent: thought it would last a little longer but heigh ho. Its sore and itchy as hell so im going to bite the bullet and shave it tomorrow as its driving me nutz. So gllad ive got my headscarfes and stuff ready

Well I’m on the sofa feeling extremely queasy up all hours of the night. Hair is very bad feels clumpy and I have gone extremely grey I think at the end I will be white when it grows back.
Very sad and weepy no energy and this is just the first cycle sorry stars …

Only thing I have noticed today is that my finger nails are breaking. Just hope I continue feeling ok but I have a feeling it may not last.
Keeping an eye on Jo and Pips and taking notes so I know what to look for, but it does seem this swamp juice affects us all very differently.
